The Story

These teams are turning their visions into viable ventures backed by the University of Cincinnati’s Venture Lab, located within the 1819 Innovation Hub. The UC Digital Pre-Accelerator is one of the region’s premier launchpads for entrepreneurial-minded individuals wishing to take their idea from concept through to commercialization.

As part of the Venture Lab’s Demo Day, aspiring startups recently pitched their concepts to potential investors and mentors in the hopes of partnering for research, development, and commercial launch. With ideas ranging from an AI-powered vet for pets and a virtual simulator training to develop soft skills for health care professionals to curated hiking experiences for Cincinnati newcomers, attendees were captivated.
