The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has released its “Annual Report on Technology Transfer: Approach and Plans, Fiscal Year 2021 Activities and Achievements.” The report details technology transfer activities at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration’s (NTIA) Institute for Telecommunication Sciences (ITS).
