The Innovation and Business Development (I&BD) pipeline at Florida Atlantic University has officially launched, expanding the scope of services available to the South Florida business sector.
FAU Wave, Adams Center for Entrepreneurship, FAU’s Market Validation Program, National Science Foundation I-Corps Site, Office of Technology Development, FAU Tech Runway®, Tech Runway Investors Network, Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at FAU, and the Office of Global Partnerships are among the opportunities included in the pipeline.
I&BD’s goal is to help individuals and businesses move through the pipeline from beginning to end, focusing on initiatives that help people envision, construct, grow, expand, and thrive.
“Regardless of where someone is on their entrepreneurial path, FAU’s I&BD continuum of resources and economic development assets can help them realize their entrepreneurial aspirations,” said Sandra D. Marin Ruiz, Ed.D., assistant vice president of I&BD and regional director of FAU’s SBDC.
