JOIN US TO REVIEW POC PROGRAM/TLA ON FEB. 5th
We are very excited to host the first Project Review for these University of Arizona new technologies! TLA created the Proof Of Concept Program to help Faculty develop prototypes of promising inventions and technologies. Each of these projecst received a $40K Proof Of Concept award to test a discrete element of the technology’s performance or commercial viabilty. They were among 19 total awards made to UA faculty in December. In the review sessions, the investigator(s) will present on the technology, POC project, and outcomes. The presentations will be populated with domain experts, biz development, scientific, and investment specialists. The purpose of the sessions will be to expose individual technologies to informed, interested people and get feedback; generate discussion; generate interest; make connections; and inform forward progress on the technologies. There will be generous time to engage the group, with at least one hour for the overall session.
